South East Partitioning and Image Link
Our comprehensive service is based on meticulous planning which starts with an independent and obligation free consultation, followed by the preparation of all drawing and calculations, the management of the works and the acquisition of the necessary legal approvals.
Image Link, a supplier of materials to the printing trade, was planning a move from their existing overcrowded premises in Longfield, Kent to a brand new industrial unit in Crayford.
The initial approach to South East Partitioning Ltd requesting a quotation was prompted by a recommendation from, Whitmont Press, a client of Image Link. South East Partitioning Ltd had recently completed a successful project for Whitmont Press and their Managing Director was more than happy to endorse the quality of service provided by the Company.
The initial meeting took place at the new site and the requirements of the company were discussed at length. From these discussions Autocad drawings were produced to include some special design features that were required to fit in with the client's needs.
The project involved the installation of a mezzanine floor, a reception area, open plan offices, a toilet suite and a small welfare area.
So that the customer could assess the quality of the service offered by SEP and to enable him to gain the most benefit from the fit-out he was taken to see examples of our work carried out in similar units in the area. This enabled him to speak with our customers about design features and to make informed choices about office configuration, choice of materials, colour schemes, etc.
Once the drawings had been honed and the final plans agreed a contract was issued. The work proceeded smoothly, the client's expectations were met in full and the project was completed within budget and on time.
